Kimberly Royal

Originally from Chicago, Kimberly grew up in Northeast Alabama before moving to West Palm Beach in 1995 and has called Southwest Florida home for more than 20 years. Her real estate career began as an agent assisting investors with 1031 exchange opportunities and transitioning retirement funds for purchasing income-producing properties. Her career path gradually transitioned to pursue an interest in public relations and subsequently founded a marketing and consulting agency. Her clientele varied from corporate real estate enterprises and medical practices to sporting event companies throughout Florida. Driven by the ambition to excel, Kimberly returned to college to earn an Associate in Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Business from Florida SouthWestern State College. Her comprehensive background and connections provide clients with expert advice for making informed decisions, whether buying or selling a home, investing in real estate, or pursuing a business venture. Kimberly’s ease in cultivating meaningful relationships comes from a genuine desire to help others achieve goals and fulfill their dreams. She participates in various roles supporting local charities and is often recognized by peers and colleagues for her professional contributions. Foremost, Kimberly is a proud mom to her son, Bryson, and enjoys creating memorable experiences with her family and friends. She is a tennis enthusiast, serving as captain of a USTA mixed doubles team and plays in the Lee County Women's Tennis Association and Ultimate Tennis leagues. When she is not on the tennis court, she can be found practicing her patience on the golf range, traveling, or reading.
