Most agents will fill out a referral form and once the initial construction contract is completed they are completely out of the picture until the final closing. Ronnie provides a service where he will attend all walk thru’s and meetings during the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases. He will video the walk thru inspections or even when available will Face-Time you if you are not available for the walk thru or meetings yourself. Whether it be from a large developer such as Lennar, Pulte Homes or D.R. Horton, or from a Custom Home Builder such as Ramos Builders, Tundra Homes, Carney Builders, Turn Key Homes, Coconut Bay Construction or Coral Isle Builders, Ronnie can represent you unlike others even from a distance. Ronnie moved to Southwest Florida in 1992 from Smithfield, Rhode Island. He went to high school in Naples, FL and attended college in Fort Myers, FL and Phoenix, AZ. After initially attending college for Accounting & Finance, he later earned his degree in Business Management & Marketing. In 2000 he was hired by a group of investors as the Director of Operations to oversee the finances and day to day operations of a group of Gold Mining projects in Ghana, Africa. In early 2001 he returned to the United States and for the next 10 years of his career was in the advertising, marketing, technology and media development industry specializing in servicing clients in the Real Estate, Insurance, and Home builder industries. In 2011 he decided to be a full time REALTOR® and has been servicing buyers and sellers ever since.
